Who is eligible?
Young adults between the ages of 19-25 who want to explore ministry in the Anglican Church of Canada. Applicants who are not currently members of an Anglican parish are asked to discuss their interest in the Anglican tradition on the application form.
When and Where?
The Montreal Ministry Internship takes place in Montreal (of course!). In 2011, it runs from May 24 to July 24. Interns are responsible for arranging their own accommodations, although we may be able to help.
What does the Internship involve?
There are three components to the Internship: a parish placement (under the supervision of the parish priest), classroom time, and community ministry experiences. In all, interns can expect to be busy 5.5 days/week, including Sunday mornings.
Is the Internship paid?
Yes! Interns receive a stipend of $4000, paid in regular instalments over the course of the program.
